Due to the handmade nature of Beads & Bolts jewelry,
minor variations are part of the character of each piece.
Conditional Returns Policy:
- For Custom and Clearance Items, All Sales are Final and are Not Eligible for Returns (These Items are Eligible for Warranty Repairs / After Purchase Upgrades, See the Warranty Repairs / After Purchase Upgrades Pages.
- All Returns are Subject to Inspection.
- Return Period is 30 Days from Date Received (Based on Tracking Data) to Claim Date.
Item Must be in Original, New, and Unworn Condition and Cannot have the Following:
• Signs of Wear
• Damage
• Signs of Abuse
• Signs of Improper Care
• Alterations
• Overstretching
• Skin Oils or Cosmetic Residue
- Return Submission Must be Received via Email at beadsandboltsvegasreturns@gmail.com and Must Include:
• Your Name
• Shipping Address
• Order Number
• SKU and/or Product Name
• Photo Upload(s)
• Reason for Return
- With-in 3 - 5 Business Days you will receive a Return Authorization Code (RA Code).
- All Returns MUST have a Return Authorization Code Before Returning the Item.
- The Buyer is Responsible for the Cost of the Return Shipping with the following Conditions:
• Packaging the Item Securely for Safe Shipment
• With-in the Package containing the Item also Include a Packing List containing the Below Information (A Printout of the Email will also work).
• Your Name
• Shipping Address
• Order Number
• SKU and/or Product Name
• Photo Upload(s)
• Reason for Return
• Return Authorization Code
- Once the Item is Received, Allow 3 - 5 Business Days for Inspection and Inspection Results.
- Refunds are Issued Within 3 - 5 Business Days After Inspection Clearance.
- If a Return is Rejected, the Purchase Price will be Converted to Store Credit.
