After Purchase Upgrades Policy:
We want you to be Completly Happy with Your Purchase and Look Forward to Making Your Item the Best Just for You and Your Preferences.
- After Purchase Upgrades Period is 30 Days from Date Received (Based on Tracking Data) to Claim Date.
- All Upgrades are Subject to Inspection of the area for Upgrading.
- The Upgrades will be Determined Based on Item's Condition and Cannot have the Following:
• Signs of Wear
• Damage
• Signs of Abuse
• Signs of Improper Care
• Scratches
• Overstretching
• Skin Oils or Cosmetic Residue
- After Purchase Upgrades Submission Must be Received via Email at beadsandboltsvegasreturns@gmail.com and Must Include:
• Order Number
• SKU and/or Product Name
• Photo Upload
• Upgrade Request and/or Reason
- With-in 3 - 5 Business Days you will Receive an Email with a Quote on Costs of the Upgrade.
- Once the Terms for the Upgrade are Agreed Upon by both Beads & Bolts and the Buyer, You will receive a Return Authorization Code (RA Code).
- All After Purchase Upgrades MUST have a Require Authorization Code before Returning the Item.
- The Buyer is Responsible for the Cost of the Return Shipping with the following Conditions:
• Packaging the Item Securely for Safe Shipment
• In the Package containing the Item also Include a Packing List containing the Below Information (A Printout of the Email will also work).
• Order Number
• SKU and/or Product Name
• Photo Upload(s)
• Upgrade Request and/or Reason
• Return Authorization Code
-Once the Item is Received give 3 - 5 Business Days for Inspection and Assessment.
- You will receive an Email with an Estimated Time Frame for the Upgrade(s) to be completed and Shipped Back.
- All Upgrades will be communicated via Email, which the Buyer will be responsible for an Approval Response within 10 Days of Notification or it Will be Assumed that the Buyer Approved of the Upgrade Process.
- In the event an Upgrade Cannot be Completed or Completed to Buyer's Satisfaction, it will be Treated as a Return and Return Conditions will then Apply, and a Refund or Store Credit will be issued per the Buyer's Preference.
- Refunds are Issued Within 3 - 5 Business Days After Buyer's Response.
- If a Return is Rejected, the Purchase Price will be Converted to Store Credit.
